DIECI U.S. ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT FACTORY WARRANTY

Dieci U.S. offers a standard (1) one year or 1,500 hours, which ever occurs first, Full Machine Factory Warranty on all new equipment purchases. The warranty period will begin on the date of purchase by End User Customer, or on the date Dealer adds machine to their equipment rental fleet. Customer is responsible for registering the machine for warranty consideration with Dieci U.S. LLC within 10 days of date of purchase. A warranty registration form is provided inside of the Operator and Mainenance Manual, located behind the seat of every new Dieci machine. This form must be filled out, scaned and emailed or faxed to Dieci U.S. at the fax number or email address indicated on the Registration Document. If a machine is not registered it will carry no valid warranty. If there is no proof of purchase (receipt) available to verify a purchase date, the warranty will have begun on the date of sale from Dieci U.S.

Entire machine is covered unless otherwise listed in the Exclusions below.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply:

  • To any damage due to environmental conditions (chemicals, dust, corrosion and erosion) avoidable with regular / extraordinary maintenance activities
  • In case of damage caused by improper use of the vehicle, or use that does not comply with the requirements contained in the user’s manual supplied with the machine.
  • In case of accident, vandalism, fire
  • If the safety devices and protective installations supplied with the machines have been tampered with, altered or deleted.
  • To parts subject to normal wear and tear associated with the normal use of the machine (including, but not limited to lights, fuses, spark plugs, brake pads and discs, clutch system, belts, tires, paint, wiper blades, boom rollers & chain, polyurethane wheels, quick couplers, etc..)
  • To liquids and consumable parts (including, but not limited to oil, brake fluid, coolant, washer fluid, grease, oil filter(s), air filter(s), fuel filter(s), particulate matter filter(s), etc…)
  • In case of alteration or tampering with the serial number of the machine.
  • To routine maintenance tasks (such as periodic inspections, cleaning of the fuel system, etc…)
  • As a result of repairs, alterations or modifications not authorized by DIECI U.S.
  • As a result of modification or service by anyone not authorized by DIECI U.S.
  • In the case of use of spare parts, components or accessories that are not genuine DIECI spare parts, or spare parts that are approved in advance of installation, in writing, by Dieci U.S.
  • To all costs (transport, towing, customs, etc…) resulting from work carried out during the warranty period.
  • To direct or indirect costs arising from warranty work (i.e., hires, financial loss, etc…)
  • To certain components whose warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer or its agents (battery, combustion engine, hydraulic components, tires, etc… or any part or component not manufactured by Dieci) However Dieci will act as intemediary, when aplicible, to facilitate warranty
